How to react in case of car disaster ?

 What to do in case of accident ?
 
  1. In case of accident, always fill in an accident report form in the accident place.
  2. Take your time to complete the report.
  3. Write legibly using a ball-point pen.
  4. Indicate the date, the hour, the exact place of accident, the numbers of driving license and insurance contract respectively.
  5. Specify the accident circumstances and the material and bodily consequences.
  6. Moreover, mention the contact details of every person involved and the possible witnesses.
  7. In case of whole catalogue of accident, fill in a report with the preceding driver and with the following one.
  8. If a third party is responsible for the damage caused to your vehicle, you had better to request a copy of the insurance certificate and the green or orange card of the third party.
 
Important:
• Once completed, the cross column is decisive and cannot be modified when the duplicates are separated and signed by both drivers. The report front page is indisputable.
• You have 5 days to declare the accident to your insurance company.

 What to do in case of robbery ?
 
  Take care that the subscribed contract covers the “GUARANTEE AGAINST ROBBERY RISK”.
  1. It is up to you to declare the robbery to the authorities as soon as you were informed about it..
  2. A robbery certificate must be delivered to you.
  3. Fill in a report.
  4. You have a deadline of 48 hours to declare the accident to your insurance company.

  If the robbery is total:
  1. If you cannot find your car, please give us the keys and papers of the vehicle (the car registration papers, the registration sticker…) or if not, a loss certificate paper.
  2. If the investigation statement states that researches were unsuccessful, you have to proceed to
an order on request near the first authority Court .
  3. However, if your car was found, inform your insurance company and submit a certificate proving that the vehicle was found.
 
And remember !
• Whatever the situation is, check that the doors, glasses and boots are locked and remove things of value (mobile, glasses, radio …) as well as your papers (registration papers, driving license …).
• Do not park in dark and isolated areas and do not leave your car parked in the same places more than 48 hours.

 What to do in case of fire ?
 
  1. Check with your insurance company that the guarantee “against fire risk” is acquired.
  2. Fill in a report.
  3. It is up to you to declare the fire to the authorities once you were informed about it.
  4. A fire certificate must be delivered to you.
  5. If you have resort to the civil protection, you must then ask for civil protection intervention certificate”.
