  When a salaried employee is retiring, the Collective Convention expects generally the octroi of a Retirement Gratuity (Indemnité de Départ à la Retraite (IDR)).

  With Retraite Dorée, you can benefit from all fiscal and social advantages attributed to collective life insurance contracts.

  Advantages for the employer
The employer's contributions are deductible from the taxable amount (Article 47 of the law N°2001-123 of 28/12/2001) bearing finances law for the year 2000.
The employer's contributions are deductible from the tax base submitted to social security contributions (Decree N°2003-1098 of 19 May 2003).
To save the employer’s share of the social contributions applied to the IDR served by the firm.

  Advantages for the employee
The deduction of the insurance premium from the tax base limited to 2000 DT per year for the natural person. The deduction amount depends on its civil status (Article 39 of I.R.P.P and I.S code).
The death benefit is exempted from succession rights and tax on the revenue.
To the expiry date, the capital is totally exempted from the personal income tax.
The IDR received by the employee will not not be subject to social contributions.
